UK Next Day
For next day delivery, orders must be placed by 2pm for orders to be delivered the following day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day.
Standard and express options and costs are displayed at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be dispatched same day, orders placed after 2pm GMT will be shipped the following day.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped from the UK.
For international orders outside of the UK, additional customs and duty charges may apply. Please note that customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by you. Please note we do not reimburse for customs duties.
Bali & Indonesia
We ship locally in Bali & Indonesia. Please place your order online and include your Indonesian shipping address. If you are located in the Canggu area we will email/whatsapp you to arrange local delivery. If you are outside of Canggu, your order will be sent by local courier JNE. Customs is already paid therefore you will not incur additional customs or duty charges if ordering from Bali or Indonesia.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We do not reimburse for returns postage costs.
Please note, once we ship the item, the item is the responsibility of the postal service and beyond our control. Due to the pandemic, we are seeing delays to parcels. Any matters of late delivery or items lost must be taken up with Royal Mail (UK) or Parcelforce (International) Please wait a reasonable amount of time before querying this given the challenging times we are in for the postal service.
